Shipping
I will ship you order to most countries, if you don't see your country in the list send me a message for an estimate on shipping.
As of May 2016 shipping to South America is suspended: unfortunately the amount of delays and lost or stolen mail to to South America is so high to force me to stop shipping to that beautiful part of the globe. Let's hope things change soon!
I will ship your purchase within 7 business days from payment and I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped.
All items are made to order, please allow 7 working days for your items to be ready.
Please note Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days... I am sure you'll understand.
Be sure your address is correct; if you don't specify anything different I will ship to your Etsy address.
STARTING WITH NOVEMBER 2015 PACKET WILL SHIP WITH PRIORITY MAIL, THIS METHOD IS SAFE, BUT NOT TRACKED.
Priority mail provides a shipping confirmation number, but can not be tracked through its journey.
If you prefer tracked shipping get in touch with me before placing an order and I'll set up a special listing for you.
We are back to ship with Priority Mail because USPS no longer provides a tracking service for most international packets, so tracked mail would be a useless expense if you live in the United States.
Tracked mail still works perfectly fine in all other countries of the world, so I can provide it for you upon request and adjusted payment.
- Normal shipping time from Europe to the United States and Canada is about 15-20 working days.
- Australian and Asian buyers will need to be a bit more patient, shipping takes up to 40 days.
- Shipping within Europe usually takes 7-15 working days.
- Shipping to South America can be very very slow, up to 4 months, and it is usually never less than 45 days... we still have no idea why.
If you don't receive your packet within one six weeks from shipping just contact me, we'll come up with a solution together.

I use only nickel free materials, but, as long as I trust my suppliers, I can not take responsability if anithing weird happens between your good and your body. If you have a severe allergy think twice... and wear only gold.
